8ktop Terms & Conditions

1.1 Purpose of the Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 8ktop platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By registering on 8ktop, accessing your account, or using any game or service, you agree to all of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 8ktop services.

1.2 Right to Amend the Terms

8ktop reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The first time you log in after a change, you will be asked to read and accept the new Terms. Continuing to use the service will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on 8ktop and use any game or betting service, you must be at least 21 years old. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open an account, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Provide a valid mobile number and email address that belong to you.
• Confirm that you have not previously opened an 8ktop account.
• Confirm that you are registering voluntarily and of your own decision.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may hold only one 8ktop account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this rule, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account. You must notify 8ktop support immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.1 Deposit Terms

Mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh are used to deposit funds into 8ktop. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum amount for withdrawing funds from your account is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Partial withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• If any unusual transaction is detected, 8ktop may request additional verification.

3.3 Transaction Verification

8ktop reserves the right to place any transaction on hold in cases of suspicious transactions or fraud. In such cases, the support team will contact you directly.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives a bonus of the maximum limit ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation applies to the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not counted.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active on an account at the same time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member.
• 8ktop reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspicious or abusive bonus claims.
• If a bonus is not accepted, you can play directly from your balance and withdraw at any time.

4.4 Other Promotions

8ktop may introduce special promotions and offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Where there is a conflict between the general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

5.1 Fair Use Expectations

All games on 8ktop are conducted fairly and transparently. Members are expected to play honestly and in accordance with the platform's rules. Any form of manipulation, use of software, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the system are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Finality of Betting Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, 8ktop reserves the right to fully refund the bets placed in that round.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

The markets and odds displayed in the sports betting section are provided for informational purposes. In any dispute regarding a match result or status, 8ktop's decision will be considered final.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8ktop:

• Deliberately placing bets to gain bonus advantages ("bonus hunting").
• Playing using another person's account.
• Using automated software or bots.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

6.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

8ktop's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier is determined based on overall activity and participation.

6.2 Withdrawal of VIP Benefits

8ktop reserves the right to change or withdraw any member's VIP status, particularly in cases of a breach of the Terms. Specific conditions may need to be met in order to use cashback benefits.

7.1 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 8ktop website — text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software — is the intellectual property of 8ktop. This content may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our express written permission.

7.2 Third-Party Content

Games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, and other providers are available on the 8ktop platform. These games are operated under the respective providers' own terms and intellectual property rights.

8.1 Use of Personal Information

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before making the request. Active bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure.

11.2 Closure at 8ktop's Discretion

8ktop reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• A serious breach of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Providing false identity information.
• Registration by a minor.
• Instructions from a legal authority.

In the event of a breach of the Terms, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited; however, the original deposit will generally be returned.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and applicable Bonus Terms together form the complete agreement between 8ktop and the member, and supersede all previous oral or written understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, only that provision will be void and the remaining terms will remain in full force.

12.3 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms and Conditions shall be considered the original and governing version. If a translation exists in any other language, the Bengali version will prevail in the event of a dispute.
